TOPCon Solar Panels
Amerisolar TOPCon solar panels are built with the latest generation of N-type TOPCon monocrystalline half-cells. A thin oxide passivation layer on the rear of the cell reduces electron recombination, pushing module efficiency above 22–23% while lowering the temperature coefficient and long-term degradation compared with PERC. The result is more energy per square metre, stronger low-light and high-temperature performance and higher lifetime yield, backed by a 20-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty with full international certifications (TÜV, IEC 61215/61730, ISO, CE).

Amerisolar TOPCon modules: the new efficiency standard
N-type TOPCon is the current top-tier cell technology, replacing PERC where maximum efficiency and lifetime yield matter most.

What is TOPCon?
TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) adds an ultra-thin oxide layer on the rear of an N-type cell, cutting recombination losses and squeezing more power from each cell.

Lower degradation
N-type cells are free of boron-oxygen LID and degrade more slowly than PERC, so more of the rated power is retained year after year.

Bifacial option
Dual-glass bifacial versions (-BHC) capture reflected light on the rear side for extra energy gain on ground mounts and reflective surfaces.

Higher efficiency
Module efficiencies above 22–23% — the highest in the Amerisolar range — for more output where roof or land area is limited.

Better temperature & low-light
A low temperature coefficient (down to −0.30%/°C) and strong low-light response deliver higher real-world yield in heat and at dawn/dusk.

High power, lower BOS
Large-format modules up to 690 Wp mean fewer panels, less hardware and lower balance-of-system cost per installed watt.
