Monocrystalline solar panels

Our monocrystalline range is built on half-cell architecture with N-type TOPCon and PERC cells, for higher efficiency, better low-light and high-temperature behaviour, and low degradation — up to 690 Wp.

PERC Solar Panels

Amerisolar PERC solar panels use monocrystalline PERC (Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell) technology in a half-cell layout. A passivation layer on the rear of each cell reflects unabsorbed light back into the silicon for a second absorption, raising efficiency over standard monocrystalline cells.

TOPCon Solar Panels

Amerisolar TOPCon solar panels are built with the latest generation of N-type TOPCon monocrystalline half-cells. A thin oxide passivation layer on the rear of the cell reduces electron recombination, pushing module efficiency above 22–23% while lowering the temperature coefficient and long-term degradation compared with PERC.

Polycrystalline solar panels

Polycrystalline modules remain a budget option for cost-sensitive projects. For higher efficiency we recommend our monocrystalline PERC and N-type TOPCon ranges.

Bifacial Solar Panels

Bifacial solar panels are one of the new advanced technologies in the PV sector. The concept behind the bifacial solar panels is that the PV modules receive the incident solar rays on the front side as well as on the rear side of the panel to generate electricity. Therefore, the bifacial solar panels can exploit much more solar irradiance than the mono facial modules resulting in more power output.
