PERC Solar Panels
Amerisolar PERC solar panels use monocrystalline PERC (Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell) technology in a half-cell layout. A passivation layer on the rear of each cell reflects unabsorbed light back into the silicon for a second absorption, raising efficiency over standard monocrystalline cells. The result is a proven, cost-effective module with an excellent performance-to-price ratio, reliable output and low degradation, backed by a 20-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty and full international certifications (TÜV, IEC 61215/61730, ISO, CE).

Amerisolar PERC modules: proven, cost-effective performance
PERC is the mature, mass-produced monocrystalline technology that powered the market before N-type. It remains an excellent choice where value and reliability come first.

What is PERC?
A passivation layer on the rear of the cell reflects unabsorbed light back into the silicon for a second absorption, delivering more power from the same cell area.

Cost-effective
An excellent performance-to-price ratio makes PERC ideal for cost-sensitive residential, commercial and utility projects.

Low degradation
Low annual degradation and a 30-year linear power output warranty keep energy yield high across the module's lifetime.

Proven & bankable
PERC is the most widely deployed monocrystalline technology in the world, with a long field track record and predictable long-term performance.

Reliable output
The half-cell design lowers resistive losses and improves shading tolerance, while a robust frame withstands wind loads up to 2400 Pa and snow up to 5400 Pa.

PERC vs N-type
For maximum efficiency, see our N-type TOPCon range; for the best balance of price and performance, PERC is the smart choice.
